On August 28,2013, the 7th China Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials innovation and Development Forum & 2013 The licorice Import & Export working conference was held in the city of Yanji, Jilin Province with as many as over 70 taking part, all of which come from the production and sale enterprises and companies all over the country.

At the meeting, Liu Zhanglin, vice-chairman from CHINA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF MEDICINES & HEALTH PRODUCTS IMPORTERS & EXPORTERS made a report on “The introduction to the situation of imports and exports of Chinese medicine related products”, followed by more excellent reports from several professors and experts. Also, at the meeting, six enterprises like Miaoxiangyuan from Xi’an were awarded the title of Chinese herbal medicine industry " Contribution award of building a beautiful China". Anhui GYT Traditional Chinese Medicine Company, Ltd. won the honor of “2012 top 10 enterprises in the exports of China Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials”.
